Smooth and creamy texture, achieved through the addition of an extra portion of Swiss cream of the highest quality.

The secret behind its extraordinary flavor is the exclusive recipe and careful selection of cheese wheels, which are allowed to mature into a true delight in sandstone cave..

The Kaltbach cave boasts 94% air moisture and temperatures ranging between 10 andt 12,5°C all year round. These conditions are due to the cave’s unique mineral-created climate.
