Leek casserole with Crosetta and dry duck breasts

Cooking Time : 15 minutes at 180° C

Ingredients :
(serves 4)

  • 2 medium leeks, white part only

  • 1 pack of smoked dried pre-sliced duck breast

  • 2 crosetas

  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream

  • 1 egg yolk

  • Salt and pepper

La recette :

Slice and wash leeks. Cook 5 minutes in the microwave on Medium heat (or 3 minutes in a pan) covered with salted water. Beat an egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of cream. Add salt, pepper and leeks preparation. Pour into casserole. Cut Crosetas into small pieces. Place on top of each casserole 3 slices of smoked duck breast and then the pieces of Croseta.
