1 large chicken breast 300g
4 petals dried tomatoes
4 slices pancetta
1 small oakleaf lettuce
1 large red onion
½ teaspoon of cumin seeds
4 large sweet pickles
Preheat the oven.
Cut the buns in half, broil lightly in the oven, set aside to cool.
Broil the slices of pancetta for a few minutes in the oven.
Wash and drain the salad.
Cut chicken into thin slices. Cook 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt.
Peel the onions and slice into thin slices. Slice pickles and cheese with crust.
Spread mustard and ketchup on four halves of bread, spread the dried tomatoes, pancetta, chicken and slices of livarot. Broil the bread to melt the cheese. Add the lettuce and pickles. Spread mustard and ketchup on the other halves that you have just broiled in the oven, crumb side, close burgers and enjoy immediately.
Tips and tricks: add some capers, they will give a little acidity.
