200g Puff pastry
2 Petit Trôo
200g of olive oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
50g sesame (seeds or oil?)
2 cac lemon juice
50g fresh herbs
Cut discs from a puff pastry sheet using a small round plate (tea saucer)
Arrange the Petit Troo slices in a ring on the puff pastry disc
Bake the pies at 200°C for 20 minutes.
For the sauce, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame (oil or seeds?).
Arrange on a plate with a green salad
