PETIT TROO

Petit Trôo is a cheese made of pasteurized cow's milk, with a firm and soft texture. It is coated with a slightly creamy yellow to off-white flowery crust.

It can be eaten right out of the maturing cellar, however, if kept in its packaging in the refrigerator, it will develop stronger flavors over time.

Petit Troo was born as a result of a collaboration between cheese makers, milk producers and farmers located in a troglodyte village of Loir et Cher named Troô to create a dairy cooperative.
