Summer Clafoutis with Comté

Ingredients : (serves 4)

  • 100 g grated Comté

  • 50 ml milk

  • 4 eggs

  • 125 g flour

  • 1 cucumber finely diced

  • 10 cherry tomatoes

  • A few leaves of fresh basil

  • A little butter

  • Salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6) and grease the clafouti mold.

Beat the eggs, add flour and mix until smooth.

Add milk, grated cheese, chopped basil, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place the cherry tomatoes and diced cucumber in the pan, then pour the clafouti preparation.

Bake for 40 minutes, and serve hot or cold with, for example, a white meat marinated and cooked on the barbecue.
