St Nectaire Truffade


Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes 

Ingredients: (serves 6)

  • 800 g Saint-Nectaire

  • 1 kg of potato

  • 250 g of fresh cream

  • 250 g bacon


Cook the potatoes not all the way.

Cut the Saint-Nectaire in small rectangles.

Place the cooked potatoes in the bottom of a baking dish, put the pieces of cheese on top, and then the bacon. Cover with cream.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes at high temperature (thermostat 7/210 ° C).
