Ham and raclette lasagna


Preparation time: 60 minutes

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients :
(serves 6)

  • 1/2 lasagna box

  • Caramelized tomato coulis

  • 6 slices ham

  • 50 cl thick béchamel

  • 400 g of squeegee

  • Salt and pepper


Spread a little béchamel in the bottom of the baking dish, then:

Top with lasagna.

Top with coulis.

Top with ham.

Top with Raclette.

Top with Béchamel.


For cooking time, check the box of the pasta brand. Usually, it is about 30 mn at 220°C (th. 7-8).

Anyway, it's never over-cooked, reheating it is even better.
