Crostini with Parma ham and Tartufo


Ingredients :
(serves 4 people)

  • 8 thin slices of multigrain bread

  • 8 thin slices of Parma ham

  • 8 slices of Tartufo

  • A few aragula leaves

  • balsamic vinegar

  • Bunches of basil

  • Freshly ground pepper


Preheat oven to 210°C.

On parchment paper or in a baking dish, arrange the slices of bread. Top with ham and finish with cheese.

Bake for 5 minutes when the oven is hot.

Serve right out of the oven with a little arugula and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
