2 tablespoon of powdered sugar,
2 tablespoon of water,
1 Trou du Cru,
Some poppy seeds.
Dice the Trou du Cru in approximately 1cm x 1cm x 1cm...
Prick the dice on long enough skewers (in order to not burn yourself).
Spread poppy seeds on a small plate.
Make sure you have a container big enough for your skewers.
In a heavy saucepan, melt the sugar in water until it turns golden brown.
Remove from heat. Roll your diced Trou du Cru in the caramel and then in the poppy seeds and let them cool in the container.
When rolling your skewers in the caramel, be careful not to melt all the cheese! Garnish with a slice of carrot.
Keep cool until ready to serve.
