Affidelice is a soft cheese with lactic curd made in Burgundy. Its crust is smooth or slightly wrinkled and shiny, ivory orange to brick red. The rind is washed two to three times per week with Chablis wine. It is related to the Epoisse.

Affidélice is a cheese from Maison Berthaut. It is produced in the town of Epoisse in the Côte d'Or region of France. The local cheese of the region were previously washed with white wine which gave them a very rich aroma.
The milk used is supplied by 30 Côte d'Or producers with local cow breeds (Brune, Simmental Française, Montbéliarde).
