The honey and clover cheese is a pasteurized cow's milk tomme to which is added a mixture of honey and rosemary.
Before maturing in the cellar, it is coated with dried clover flowers.
It has the form of a small circular wheel with a convex side of 29 centimeters in diameter and 11 centimeters thick. It weighs 8 kilograms.
The maturing time lasts more than six weeks.
It is ideal for gourmet and original aperitifs.
